User list

The list of users' accounts is accessed by clicking on Users the light-blue menu bar and selecting User list. The 'Create new user' option takes you directly to the User profile screen to create a new user on your account.



Click on a name to edit or modify that user's profile or, for prepay accounts, to assign units to the user's account. For more on this, see User profile, below.

In the Alerts column it is also possible to see those alerts that have been created on this account, or which have been shared with other users in the organisation. Click on the '+' and '-' symbols to reveal or hide individual users' shared alerts; the 'Show/Hide all alerts' link at the foot of the screen does this for all users in the organisation. Please note that other users' unshared alerts are not visible with this mechanism.

A column indicates which signed in users are accessing the system at present and If access via approved IP addresses is enabled, the number of current sessions is also displayed on this screen.

For prepay customers this screen also reports the number of units available to you that have not been assigned to individual users yet.

User profile
The screen displays the user's name name and contact information, and these can be set or updated by editing the fields and clicking the Apply button.

When modifying an existing user's profile it is possible to change their password by clicking on the heading at the foot of the screen and clicking on 'Apply' to confirm changes.

For prepay accounts it is also possible to assign or remove units from a user's account; click on the 'Assign units' headings and click Apply to confirm changes. Use negative numbers to reclaim units from the user's account.
