My profile

Navigation to Administration: If Administration is set as your default landing page (see Preferences) then this is the screen you arrive at by default after logging in. You can navigate to Administration from the Home page or another Search screen by clicking on the Admin link in the dark blue menu bar.

Options for Administration are selected from the light blue menu bar, and for standard users the display defaults to the My profile screen.

The screen displays your name name and contact information, and these can be updated by editing the fields and clicking the Apply button. Your local administrator is notified of any changes you make to your profile.

Prepay users can request more units be assigned to their account by their local administrator by clicking on the 'Send mail' link alongside 'Request more units'.

You can change your password by clicking on 'Change password' at the foot of the screen and following the on-screen instructions.
