Home > Topic-based help > Selecting records Selecting records It is possible to select individual records from a search Results set before printing or exporting them. Each record on the results page has a check box at the left end of the title header; this can be used to select/deselect records on a page. Navigate between pages using the navigation tools towards the right end of the dark-blue Results bar at the top of the main results area (highlighted below). Larger-scale actions can be taken by making choices from the Select item in the light-blue menu bar. Move your mouse pointer over to the word Select and make a choice from the presented options The options enable you to select/deselect all the records in the results set or page by page. Click on View selected to limit the displayed records to your selection. The Print and Export menus can be used to perform actions on this selected set as well. See also Author selector
