FSTA search status

The FSTA search status panel is available from all screens and summarizes a number of aspects of the FSTA Direct system. The content of the panel differs according to the type of customer you are.

Annual subscribers

Your username and organization name are shown, together with Log out and, if appropriate, Start new session links
FSTA data are summarized - date of last update and number of records in the entire database
Current Limits are shown, if set, together with a link to Set Limits
Current Preferences are shown, together with a link to Set Preferences

Prepay customers

Your username and organization name are shown, together with Log out and, if appropriate, Start new session links
Account status records the number of units left in your account
Full or Biblio views remaining shows the number of records that can be viewed in the stated format; a coloured circle warns you if the account level is all right (green), getting low (orange) or requires immediate topping up (red)
FSTA data are summarized - date of last update and number of records in the entire database
Current Limits are shown, if set, together with a link to Set Limits
