Home > Topic-based help > Document delivery Document delivery FSTA Direct provides a link at the end of records on the search Results page that enables you to access the IFIS document delivery service, operated in partnership with the British Library. The availability of this link depends on a setting made in your account.![]() Clicking on the Document delivery button opens a web form, Quotation request for full-text delivery. ![]() Complete this form and click on the Request quote button. IFIS staff will then investigate the cost of supplying this document and will usually reply within one working day with an estimate of the likely cost. Document delivery charges comprise a publisher copyright fee and delivery charges from IFIS and the British Library. Terms and conditions for the IFIS full-text service are available here. This document includes links to the British Library for more details, including on delivery methods such as Secure Electronic Delivery (SED). Please note that from 30 September 2009 documents delivered by SED require that the FileOpen plug-in be installed on your computer.
